Trauma Related Incident Management (TRiM)

A welfare-led process designed to assess and support staff who have been exposed to potentially traumatic incidents, ensuring you receive appropriate care when needed.

MOD Police Wellbeing Hub

On-Site Facilities

Many stations feature well-equipped gym facilities, supported by qualified fitness instructors and access to a Force dietitian for comprehensive health guidance.

Defence Occupational Fitness Programme (DOfit)

Operational staff can access this evidence-based health behaviour change programme,  specifically designed to support MOD and service personnel.

CSSC Sports and Leisure Membership
