Comprehensive conversion

All NEOF's begin their career with a 5-day residential conversion course at the Defence School of Policing and Security (DSPS) in Southwick Park, Hampshire. This intensive programme covers everything you need to transition effectively into the MDP.

The course includes essential MDP and Ministry of Defence policies, administrative processes including attestation and IT systems, uniform and warrant card procedures, and Personal and Public Safety Training (PPST). You'll also complete fitness assessments and receive valuable insights from guest speakers representing the Defence Police Federation, Professional Standards Department, and Driver Training specialists.
